Our Policies Regarding Your Privacy
and Use of Our Website

Our privacy policy & terms of service consists of the summary directly below, and the fuller policy language that follows it.

In A Nutshell:

1. The owner, designer and content provider for this website is Mark Gunter, a person. I created the code for this site from scratch, I maintain the site and I retain full control of the site. In the foregoing policy legalese, whenever "I, me, my, mine" or "We, Our, Ours" is used, the pronouns refer to Mark Gunter, and markgunter.net, my domain name and the website that I have created. This is not a commercial website, but a personal one built for my amusement and for the amusement, entertainment and education of others.

2. There is no interest, nor are there any plans, to collect any personally identifiable information from you at this site. Likewise, there will be no commercial ads run at this site. You are not required to log in or pay a subscription to join this site, use this site, or benefit from any materials posted on this site. We do not collect email addresses nor send unsolicited emails or newsletters of any kind from this site. The only exception is that if you choose to contact us through our contact form, we will use your name and email address to respond to your contact.

3. We do not use, nor plan to use, cookies at this site for any purpose other than functionality to make the site work (for example, to tell which page you are viewing when there is more than one page served for a list of items). Currently, there are only two cookies used here. One is a session cookie that is only set when you use pagination (as when viewing the full list of audio tracks, which is voluminous and must be served in pages), the second is a cookie that is required to know whether you have accepted our cookie policy, which borders on the insane but is pretty much required by law.

4. We have integrated some Facebook features into this website, which may include the ability to make comments via Facebook, join our Facebook group, "like" certain pages, etc. if you have a Facebook account. This brings us to the subject of third party cookies. If you are logged into Facebook, you have already accepted Facebook cookies, and these cookies may log interactions with our website. We do not serve these cookies and are not responsible for any of them except to the extent that we have integrated some Facebook features here for your convenience. Facebook is responsible for their own Privacy Policy regarding their services. You may view Facebook's data policy here: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
